Boswell Academy has evolved from supporting scholarships and employee education to partnering with experts from the United States Military Academy at West Point to develop our leadership through the renowned Thayer Leadership program.
Drawing on decades of experience in training future military officers, their program provided us with powerful strategies for communication, motivation, and teamwork. More than 30 of our current and emerging leaders participated in four-month course, a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, to strengthen how we work together, achieve our goals, and cultivate a workplace where everyone can thrive.
