Boswell Academy

At Boswell, we believe that our employees are our biggest asset and we are committed to supporting their professional growth.

With that in mind, we are proud to introduce Boswell Academy – our comprehensive Employee Training and Development Policy that provides an array of training and academic programs to meet the evolving needs of our employees.

Boswell Academy provides opportunities for required job training, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and leadership training. It also offers tuition reimbursement programs for undergraduate and post-graduate education. Our annual scholarship program for the children of Boswell employees will continue as another element of this initiative.

Boswell Engage

We are committed to providing our employees with the best possible environment in which to thrive personally and professionally.  With that in mind, we created the Boswell Engage Program – a two-tiered approach to ensuring that our employees feel great satisfaction in their work and know that the company appreciates them and their value in its success.

The first tier is BOSWELL CONNECT, which brings our workforce together through social and educational events, guest speakers, and company-provided beverages and snacks.  The second tier is THE BOSWELL FOUNDATION, which is focused on giving back to our communities through donations of funds and engineering services, as well as supporting the volunteering efforts of our employees who want to further impact their communities in a positive way.
